What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the daily rhythm of the dealership, including appointments, deals, follow-ups and team performance
• Work deals alongside the team, providing strategy, structure and support
• Drive sales volume, front-end gross, finance performance and overall profitability
• Lead “save-a-deal” discussions and help the team overcome objections and close opportunities
• Oversee used-vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, aging and inventory turn
• Review market data and online pricing to keep inventory competitive
• Monitor CRM activity, lead management, appointments and follow-up quality
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing sales and finance team
• Set clear expectations and create accountability around activity and results
• Maintain high standards for customer service and the overall dealership experience
• Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to achieve store objectives
• Create a positive, competitive and team-focused sales culture
