What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Ensure proper lead management and follow-up processes
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales personnel
• Work closely with Finance and Service departments to maximize customer retention
• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of dealership sales management experience required
• Previous GSM or high-volume Sales Manager experience preferred
• Strong desking and closing abilities
• Process-oriented with exceptional lead management skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass background and drug screening
