Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryThe General Sales Manager at DELLA Auto Group will oversee and manage sales operations for our dealership. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Train and mentor sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
- Create a positive and professional sales environment that promotes team spirit, customer satisfaction, and growth
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market changes to make proactive recommendations and adjustments
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability

QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the auto industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
