About the Role

As a General Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging services to a diverse patient group across the department and within theatres.

Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines, you'll contribute to accurate clinical diagnosis by interpreting patient data and applying your technical knowledge to support excellent patient care. You'll be trusted to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring imaging services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work across different clinical settings while making a meaningful contribution to the patient journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide imaging services to patients within the Radiology Department.
  • Support imaging requirements within theatre environments.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in line with professional standards.
  • Interpret patient data and relevant information to support clinical diagnosis.
  • Ensure imaging procedures are carried out safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of technical practice and patient care.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Radiology service.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 08:00am - 20:00

Who we're looking for

  • Valid HCPC registration.
  • BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Post-registration experience relevant to a General Radiographer role.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently when required.
  • Strong team-working skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • High levels of technical radiography knowledge.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service excellence.
