The General Prosperty Manager, based in Athens, Greece, is responsible for sales, marketing, budgeting, financial management and supervision of people/projects. Also, the position includes the management, in an optimal way, of the existing real estate in the hospitality sector and the search for new investment and construction opportunities for business development.
What You Will Do:
• Manages every aspect of the real estate portfolio.
• Prepares the business plan for the development of hospitality activities.
• Manages all marketing and PR matters.
• Ensures customer satisfaction.
• Searches for new real estate opportunities.
• Manages any type of contract.
• Conducts and sends the necessary reports to the management.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
· University degree in a relevant field. Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
· 5+ years of experience in the tourism industry in the fields of hospitality and accommodation and/or commercial real estate and constructions.
· Experience in drafting contracts and financial reports.
· Fluency in written and verbal English. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
· Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
· Ability to manage and negotiate effectively with third parties (suppliers, manufacturers, banks, etc.).
· Ability to manage her/his team and develop her/his subordinates.
· Orientation to customer satisfaction.
· Ability to identify business opportunities in a timely manner.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, both vital to prepare proposals and present ideas to executives to enhance business performance. Also, vital for the preparation and presentation of the company's plans to customers, partners and banking organizations.
