Job Description
General Project Manager – Denver-Based with Future Project Opportunities
Dynaire, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced General Project Manager to lead a large-scale commercial construction project in the Denver area. This full-time position will oversee the project from preconstruction through completion, with the initial project expected to last approximately 1–1.5 years.
Following completion, there may be an opportunity to continue supporting future projects in the Denver market or transition into a traveling Project Manager role based on business needs, project availability, individual performance, and mutual interest.
This role will serve as the primary on-site project leader, coordinating all MEP trades, subcontractors, design partners, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong field construction leadership, broad MEP knowledge, and experience managing complex projects with multiple contractors and competing priorities.
Dynaire’s corporate office is located in Long Island, so the General Project Manager must be comfortable working independently in Colorado while communicating regularly with corporate leadership through Microsoft Teams.

Field and Technical Oversight
- Maintain a strong on-site presence and monitor overall construction progress.
- Conduct site walks and inspections to verify quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide knowledgeable oversight of HVAC and other MEP systems, installation requirements, and commissioning activities.

- Provide regular project updates covering schedule, budget, safety, quality, risks, and outstanding decisions.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
- Escalate issues early and present practical solutions to keep the project moving forward.
- Communicate regularly with Dynaire’s corporate team through Microsoft Teams and other project-management platforms.
