How you’ll make an impact
1. You will lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule, also develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
2. You will manage project stakeholders effectively, including internal teams, customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations also identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.
3. You will monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
4. You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
5. You will drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex projects with good experience in the energy sector or a related heavy industry is highly desirable.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus), ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, also strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
7. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
