General production employees work as a team member of one of our production lines which include the following: Bimini’s, Final Finish, Floors (Decking/Framing/Vinyl-Trim), Furniture (Install/Prep), Helm (Install/Prep), Metal Jacket, Rail (Build/Install), Shrink Wrap, Saw Operator, In Floor Storage Build and Underbelly.

These roles are differentiated by levels of experience, capability to work across different deparmtents / functions, and also by levels of previous marine-related experience. Note: You do not need previous marine experience to work at Barletta.
