Position Details:
Virtual Practice Support(VPS)The APPteam will be affiliated withmultiple“brick and mortar” practices, becoming an extension of those clinicians. Providing inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits andeVisits, and taking care of chronic conditionsduring the day, theAPPwill “support” their affiliated practice colleagues to truly disconnect when they are not in office,maintainingseamless care to patients and families. Thispracticeis staffed byAdvanced Practice Clinicians, supported by the physician team.These APPS may also provide in-office visits as coverage for providersoutof the office.
