Your Key Responsibilities

As a General Operative, you will:

• Work across various production lines, adapting to different speeds and levels of complexity
• Operate machinery safely and in line with all food safety and health & safety protocols
• Follow the daily production plan, supporting with line set-up and material checks
• Perform all required hygiene, safety, and pre-start checks to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
• Ensure consistent product quality and accurate completion of production tasks
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and uphold site standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
• Take a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
