Forklift Driver – General Operative

Location: Dagenham
Type: Full-Time 40 hours
Salary: £14.80ph + Benefits

We’re looking for a proactive Forklift Driver – General Operative to join our busy production and distribution team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork—this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating high-speed bagging lines to produce high-quality, retail-ready products.
• Providing forklift support to keep production lines running efficiently.
• Managing stock movements and loading heavy goods vehicles for despatch.
• Supporting shovel driver duties (following training) and stepping in where needed.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Following daily production plans and supply picking tickets.
• Maintaining and optimising machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
