Real people recruitment are working with a well established digital print company to help them hire a motivated and reliable General Operative to join their team. This role involves assisting with the production and installation of a wide range of print, signage, and graphic display solutions. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills across multiple areas of graphics and signage production.

Job Title: General Operative – Graphics & Print Production
Location: Baldoyle
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (flexibility required when needed)
Salary : €27,000 per year / €13.50 per hour Full time, permanent role - 6 months probation
Assist with vehicle wrapping and branding on cars, vans, and trucks.
Support the creation and installation of large format banners, posters, and mesh displays
Work on signage production including exterior signs, retail shop signs, built-up letters, totems, and mandatory signage.
Install graphics and displays, including truck curtains, windows, manifestations, wall coverings, and exhibition displays.
Help produce and prepare stationery and printed materials such as business cards, brochures, leaflets, and invitations.
Operate equipment and tools used in printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
Provide support to senior team members and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
Previous experience in graphics, signage, or print production is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and willing to adapt to different tasks.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Living close to the company is preferred,
