As the Team Lead for Mail Operations, you will assign daily tasks, support the Supervisor in managing priorities, maintain production statistics, and train staff to process inbound documents accurately and efficiently helping Treasury serve Michigan taxpayers.

Experience in high-volume mail operations or mail handling, along with strong leadership, coaching, multitasking, and communication skills, will help you thrive in this role. Education

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.

Experience

Three years of administrative support experience, including two years equivalent to the intermediate level or one year equivalent to the experienced level.
