About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team as a National Contracts Administrator based at Alexandria. In this role, you will be responsible for validating and processing our contracts in SAP and setting up their billing plans. You will also be responsible for providing support to our accounts team to ensure that contracts are invoiced correctly.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review contract and project files when accepting a job and clear up any ambiguities and issues prior to contract setup.
  • Review & process contract billing on installation & modernisation projects for customers
  • Process service contract set up, by entering & changing data as required for Conversions, Resigns, Recoveries, Free Maintenance, Builders Lifts and Losses in SAP and Optimus.
  • Notify relevant parties of new contract setup.
  • Complete monthly audit checks on service contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain a working understanding of contract administration across EI/NI/MODs, in order to provide cross-functional support to the business.
  • Order & Process bank guarantees for customers

What we are looking for:

  • Strong financial administration background with an understanding of contracts
  • High attention to detail and the ability to deal with a high volume of data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external customers
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage workload across multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous ERP experience in a similar role, preferably using SAP
  • Diploma or Degree qualification in Finance / Accounting, Business or related discipline highly regarded
