What You'll Do:
- Lead Store Operations: Manage all aspects of the store including staffing, scheduling, inventory, safety, and cleanliness.
- Build & Coach Teams: Recruit, train, and lead a team that delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service — every time.
- Drive Sales & Profitability: Analyze P&L reports, optimize labor and food costs, and implement plans to grow sales and guest counts.
- Deliver Great Guest Service: Foster a culture of hospitality and ensure top-tier service in every transaction.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold Dunkin’ brand standards, policies, and local/state health and labor regulations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR or café experience preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational style
- Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L, scheduling, and food/labor cost controls
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Open availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
