General Manager – voco Bali Seminyak, Indonesia

voco Bali Seminyak is located in one of Bali’s most vibrant destinations, at a highly visible intersection along Sunset Road and approximately 20 minutes from Bali’s international airport. Surrounded by Seminyak’s renowned dining, retail, wellness, and entertainment scene, the hotel is well placed to stand out in a neighbourhood dominated by villa-style accommodation.

We’re seeking a commercially driven, dynamic General Manager to lead the hotel and build a strong market presence. This role calls for a confident, highly visible leader who can drive performance, engage key stakeholders, and create memorable guest experiences that reflect the character of both voco and Bali.

A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring strong service delivery, brand standards, and operational performance.
• Be a highly visible leader, engaging with guests, supporting the team, and bringing the voco experience to life.
• Build and inspire an engaged, high-performing hotel team.
• Drive commercial performance across rooms, F&B, and strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen the hotel’s positioning within the competitive Seminyak market through distinctive guest experiences and local connections.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and key stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in hotel performance and guest experience.

What We Need From You

• Proven experience as a General Manager in an upscale, lifestyle, resort, or leisure-led hotel.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue, brand positioning, digital presence, and marketing.
• Hands-on, highly visible leadership style with the ability to engage guests and inspire teams.
• Strong owner and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective local relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali or Indonesian hospitality market, with relevant in-market experience highly preferred.
• Ability to position the hotel effectively within a highly competitive lifestyle and leisure market.
