Sodexo InReach is seeking a General Manager, Vending Operations to join our team in Columbus, OH This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead operations for an exciting new account supporting a high-profile technology campus. With a brand-new site, a collaborative national network of GMs, and strong growth on the horizon, this role offers real upward momentum for an experienced operations leader ready to make their mark.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily vending and micro-market operations across four markets within a fulfillment center, maintaining quality, safety, and service standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance for a team of approximately 30 employees, including drivers and warehouse staff
  • Own site P&L and ensure adherence to client KPIs, operational budgets, and Sodexo standards
  • Partner with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to support site surveys, RFP processes, and new business growth
  • Leverage fleet tracking and warehouse inventory technology (Samsara), Cantaloupe Seed) to optimize operations and accountability
  • Collaborate with a national community of General Managers and district

What You Bring

  • General Manager or multi-unit operations experience in vending, micro-markets, foodservice, or distribution
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and hit financial targets
  • Proven track record leading and developing frontline teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Comfort with operations technology including fleet management and inventory systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
