As a Hostel General Manager, you will strategically and creatively ensure the best possible experience for guests and team members. You will serve as an ambassador of the brand, embodying the company's core values, and leading with passion to empower team members across all departments to optimize performance.
Your duties will include overseeing the management of hostel facilities, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, and effectively managing maintenance projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing accommodation bookings, optimizing occupancy, preparing financial projections, and monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
