Our client is a leading retail and consumer services group in Vietnam and is looking for a qualified candidate to join its organization.
1. Business Performance & Commercial Management
Deliver annual targets for sales, leasing, occupancy, and OPEX as approved by the Board.
Safeguard the existing business by proactively managing tenant retention and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
Drive the execution of the commercial center’s repositioning and leasing strategy.
Collaborate closely with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance footfall, tenant performance, and customer experience.
Monitor overall business performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
2. Operations Excellence Transformation
Lead the Operations Excellence Transformation project in collaboration with external consultants.
Drive the implementation of SOPs, governance frameworks, KPI systems, and accountability mechanisms across all functions.
Enhance operational discipline, improve decision-making processes, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Establish service standards and operational standards across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including facility management, security, safety, and maintenance.
3. Organizational Leadership & Change Management
Lead organizational change and cultural transformation across the commercial center.
Build a transparent, accountable, and performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s core values.
Strengthen the leadership capabilities of the management team and improve succession readiness.
Actively manage performance and address underperformance when required.
Navigate organizational complexity and secure alignment across long-tenured teams and stakeholders.
4. Digitalization & Systems Development
Accelerate the implementation of key business systems, including CRM, MISA, footfall management systems, and other operational platforms.
Improve reporting transparency and management visibility through digital tools and dashboards.
Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
5. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary representative of the commercial center in Hanoi.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, business partners, landlords, authorities, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with Group leadership and shared services teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Vice CEO and the Board.
