Job Descriptions
  • Oversee overall plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Warehouse.

  • Lead business strategy, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.

  • Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, etc.).

  • Manage customer, supplier, and headquarters relationships.

  • Lead organizational development, manpower planning, and management team performance.

  • Monitor KPIs and overall plant performance to achieve business targets.

  • Coordinate closely with China headquarters and regional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 12–15 years of manufacturing/automotive industry experience.

  • At least 5–8 years in senior management or General Manager role.

  • Strong experience in automotive manufacturing operations and plant management.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

  • Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing cross-functional departments and large teams.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Mandarin proficiency in both reading and writing is compulsory.

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary range: RM25,000 - 40,000
