Looking for a management opportunity with room to grow in the beauty industry? We're looking for a Salon Manager to oversee operations at both Drybar Shops and Radiant Waxing in Williamsville.

As a growing business, we're looking for a leader who is passionate about building a strong team culture centered around teamwork, customer experience, accountability and fun. You'll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while creating an environment where both team members and guests love coming to the salon.

Manager Benefits:

• Competitive pay and bonus structure, pay ranging between $20 / hr - $35 / hour inclusive of hourly pay, comissions, monthly leadership bonus based on performance and growth.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
• Cosmetology license / hair stylist experience a plus as managers will assist and perform services
