Job Description

Your tasks:

• Developing a sales strategy and deriving sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team and conducting performance reviews and setting targets accordingly.
• Managing revenue and results as well as monitoring revenue, contribution- and profit margins.
• Negotiation of prices, terms, conditions as well as contracts within defined approval limits.
• Proposal and implementation of sales budgets in accordance with the approved budget framework.
• Conducting market analysis and seizing market and marketing opportunities.
• Managing existing clients & key accounts and developing new client relationships and business opportunities.
• Determination of customer needs to initiate new product developments.
• Establishment of customer loyalty concepts to create lasting customer relationships.
• Organize the liaising with architects, specifiers and developers to ensure product compatibility.
• Assessment of customer creditworthiness, payment risks, and commercial contractual risks including the development of appropriate countermeasures.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Management or Master in Business Administration.
• Several years of professional experience in international sales management.
• Proven success in business development, new customer acquisition and sales increase.
• Experience in leading sales teams and key account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in the window and door or building industry.
• Intercultural competence and experience in working with international corporate headquarters.
• High level of initiative, strategic thinking and strong customer orientation.
• Willing to travel in the relevant market places to work with clients and vendors.
• Indian language as mother language, fluent English in wording and writing.
• Confident handling of CRM systems, sales key figures and business evaluations.
• Location shall be in North-West, West or South-West of India
