Job Description

Ayana Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager for the Riverside Golf Club, an esteemed venue that offers premier golfing experiences and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and innovative leader to oversee all club operations, enhance member satisfaction, and drive financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the Riverside Golf Club, ensuring a seamless and quality experience for all members and guests
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, enhance member retention, and increase revenue streams
  • Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, development, and respect
  • Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback proactively
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute club events and activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Effectively market the club and attract new members through promotional strategies

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the golf industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of club management, operations, and golf programming.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building effective teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
