We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park. A flagship coastal property combining breathtaking views with a large-scale, high-performing operation. With 57 cabins, 357 sites and high guest volumes year-round, this is a role for a leader who thrives on complexity, pace and impact.
What you will do:
As General Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end performance of the property. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, commercially, operationally and culturally. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be leading through peak seasons, operational challenges and continuous improvement initiatives, all while building a high-performing, engaged team.
