We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park. A flagship coastal property combining breathtaking views with a large-scale, high-performing operation. With 57 cabins, 357 sites and high guest volumes year-round, this is a role for a leader who thrives on complexity, pace and impact.

What you will do:

As General Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end performance of the property. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, commercially, operationally and culturally. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be leading through peak seasons, operational challenges and continuous improvement initiatives, all while building a high-performing, engaged team. The onsite café is externally operated, allowing you to focus on core park performance and guest experience. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering operational excellence across a large, complex property
  • Driving revenue, occupancy and financial performance
  • Elevating the guest experience and brand standards
  • Managing risk, safety and compliance in a high-volume environment
  • Leading and developing a large, multidisciplinary team

What you will bring:

You’re an experienced:

  • Park Manager or General Manager of a large-scale site, or
  • A hospitality / tourism leader ready to step into a bigger, more complex operation

You bring:

  • Strong commercial and financial leadership and reporting capability
  • Experience leading large, high-volume teams and operations
  • A passion for guest experience and team culture
  • Confidence managing risk, safety and compliance frameworks
  • A resilient, hands-on leadership style
