Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous development of both their location and employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management Experience required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Hire, train and develop your team to increase retention
• Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
