🔷 Purpose of the Role
As General Manager – Platform Services, you will lead the strategy, performance and evolution of CBN’s platform ecosystem, including technology, data, systems and fee-for-service offerings.
This is a senior leadership role with enterprise-wide impact. You will ensure our platforms are not just functional, but commercially effective, scalable and deeply embedded across the network.
You’ll work closely with the GM Partners, Executive Team and functional leaders to connect platform capability with partner growth, operational efficiency and long-term value creation.

The Community Broker Network (cbn) came together from three separate networks: Westcourt General Insurance Brokers (established 1982), NAS Insurance Brokers (established 2001) and the CGU AR Network (tracing back to 1916).
In 2017, these three networks came together to form one strong network of approximately 400 authorised brokers, servicing more than 200,000 SME businesses.
