ServiceMaster by Reed, a disaster restoration service, is seeking a full time General Manager/ Partner for our Dothan, AL office. Servicing AL, GA and FL.

*Willing to relocate a qualified candidate.*

The ideal candidate must have management experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold damage). IICRC certified and Xactimate experience. No others need apply.

Compensation: Salary plus performance-based compensation package

Requirements: 5 years minimum experience as a Sales Production or General Manager. At least 3 years’ experience with water, fire, mold damage. Must pass drug test and full background check, have a valid driver's license with clean driving record, clean criminal record, pay close attention to detail, ability to work well with others on the team, good communication skills, be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
