About the Role
We are seeking a visionary General Manager to join our NZ Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and lead Ingram Micro’s Partner Sales division in New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales function, building and sustaining long-term partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. You will lead a multi-layered team of sales leaders, account managers and the Key Account Sales team, shaping the culture, performance, and capability of the business
