About the Opportunity

A growing Saudi-owned company operating across premium project execution, built environments, design-led delivery, and multi-service contracting is seeking a commercially minded operations leader to help scale the next phase of growth.

The business has an established market presence, strong reputation, recurring opportunities, and ambitious expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, accountability, execution discipline, and growth momentum.

Role Purpose

Lead day-to-day business operations while improving performance, profitability, team alignment, project delivery standards, and commercial execution.

You will work closely with founders (CEO & Chief Archtict), ownership and senior stakeholders to convert a successful founder-led business into a stronger institutional platform.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

  • Oversee daily company operations across departments
  • Build weekly operating rhythm and management cadence
  • Improve internal accountability and reporting
  • Monitor priorities and execution across teams

Project Delivery

  • Track live projects, deadlines, budgets, risks, client satisfaction
  • Improve coordination between technical, commercial, procurement, and site teams
  • Reduce delays and leakage

Commercial Growth

  • Strengthen lead conversion process
  • Support partnerships and new revenue opportunities
  • Improve proposal quality, pricing discipline, and pipeline visibility

Financial Discipline

  • Improve budgeting visibility
  • Manage cash flow coordination with finance team
  • Track profitability by project / business line
  • Improve collections discipline

Team Leadership

  • Manage department heads
  • Recruit strong talent where required
  • Build performance culture
  • Introduce KPI systems that actually work

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in operations, contracting, fit-out, landscaping, facilities, development, or project-based businesses
  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Comfortable in founder-led entrepreneurial environments
  • Hands-on, practical, execution-focused
  • Strong Arabic and English preferred
  • Experience managing multi-function teams
  • Can build order from chaos without bureaucracy

Benefits

Compensation Range

  • SAR 22,000 to SAR 38,000 monthly + Plus lucritve performance incentives for the right candidate (Highly dependent on experience and fit)
