Job Description

One of our business, Ghia Farms, is looking for General Manager of Operations who will lead the Sales and all of Operation Department as below detail:

• Managing all of department's including sales, operations, and support
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Increase the operational efficiency, communication, consistency and profitability in all departments
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes to adapt business strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ability to manage people
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, & AR
