Director of Dining & HospitalityLuxury Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)An established luxury CCRC is seeking an innovative, hospitality-driven leader to oversee a dynamic dining, catering, and resident experience program within a refined, service-focused environment. This is not a traditional food service role. We are looking for a visionary leader who understands that dining is one of the most important parts of the resident experience — someone highly visible, creative, operationally strong, and passionate about elevating hospitality. This leader is essentially the CEO of the dining experience — responsible for delivering an elevated, hospitality-focused, financially sound, and resident-centered program that residents genuinely feel every day.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all dining, hospitality, catering, and service operations
  • Drive creativity, innovation, and resident engagement programming
  • Oversee high-profile catering, events, and special dining experiences
  • Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, service, and ambiance
  • Manage budgets, labor, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • Develop and inspire culinary and hospitality teams
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, healthcare, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and experience enhancements

We are specifically seeking someone who:

  • Has strong catering and event leadership experience
  • Builds strong teams and accountability
  • Balances creativity with operational and financial discipline
  • Creates memorable resident experiences

CDM certification preferred but not required.
