Novo Nordisk is seeking a General Manager to lead our Pakistan affiliate — a strategic, fast-moving role with full P&L ownership, responsibility for a cross‑functional country organization, and a strong mandate to improve patient lives across diabetes, obesity and other chronic diseases.

Your new role

As the General Manager you will set and execute the affiliate strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities to drive long-term, sustainable growth. You will own the P&L for Pakistan, ensuring strong financial performance, accurate forecasting, cost discipline and revenue growth.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain, finance and HR; build talent, succession plans and a strong feedback culture.
• Represent Novo Nordisk externally with government authorities, payers, HCPs, KOLs, patient groups and industry partners; lead advocacy and public affairs to secure market access and policy alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, Novo Nordisk Way and highest standards of corporate governance, ethics and risk management.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement, including digital and organizational innovation to increase patient reach and HCP engagement.
• Act as a public spokesperson for the company and drive CSR and community initiatives that reflect our patient-centric purpose.

Your skills & qualifications

• Proven track record leading affiliate organizations or complex country businesses, with the ability to translate strategy into results.
• Strong public affairs and stakeholder management experience with government, payers and healthcare systems.
• High emotional intelligence, strong leadership presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Agile decision-maker with integrity, resilience and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluent in English
