About Neighborhood Sushi
Neighborhood Sushi offers Japanese-inspired cuisine in a casual yet beautiful setting, blending Texas flavors, Japanese design, and Austin hospitality. Located in Dallas, the reimagined space holds deep roots in MML history—it was formerly home to Lou Lambert’s Liberty Pie & Catering, where Larry McGuire began his career over 20 years ago.
The restaurant delivers an approachable yet elevated sushi experience, featuring pristine nigiri, creative rolls, seasonal small plates, and thoughtful beverages—all served with warmth, precision, and care.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead Neighborhood Sushi. This role is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, overseeing daily operations, guest experience, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of upscale dining, strong business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences. This is an opportunity to steward a beloved concept while collaborating closely with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver consistent excellence.
