What will you do?

As General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and inspiring the entire restaurant team.

• Creating a collaborative, positive and high-performing working environment.

• Maintaining exceptional brand standards and outstanding guest satisfaction.

• Overseeing the complete restaurant operation and ensuring operational excellence.

• Managing inventory levels, food cost and stock control.

• Monitoring labour costs and overall operational efficiency.

• Preparing, managing and executing budgets.

• Developing and implementing both short and long-term business objectives.

• Ensuring the highest standards in food quality, beverage presentation and guest experience.
