Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the Matrix motorcycle battery product line.
• Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D to align efforts and maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, suppliers, and customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the leadership team to build a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles within the automotive or battery industry.
• Proven track record in managing product lines and driving business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle battery market and related technologies.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across functions.
• Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives.
