General Manager - Luxury 5-Star Hotel & Resort (Kuwait)

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our award-winning 5-star hotel and resort in Kuwait. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire hotel and resort operation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, recreation, and guest services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets to maximize profitability and revenue generation.

• Lead a team of department heads, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee engagement.

• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, developers, and local authorities.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a General Manager of a 5-star hotel or resort.

• Minimum of 10 years of total experience in the 5-star hotel or resort industry, preferably in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational excellence.

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Experience in managing large-scale budgets and complex operations.

• International hotel experience is a significant advantage.

• Ability to deploy at short notice is preferred.
