We are looking for a highly driven and motivated General Manager, Laos to join our growing team in Laos. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player – comfortable working as a leader, managing teams, and working closely with senior executives to drive forward strategic initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L and lead all business operations across Laos.
• Define and execute the country growth strategy with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional leadership team to deliver strong business outcomes.
• Ensure operational excellence across commercial, logistics, marketing, and customer experience functions.
• Strengthen our vendor, customer, and rider ecosystem to drive loyalty and sustainable growth.
• Act as the brand’s key representative in Laos, managing external relationships and regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including P&L ownership and strategic project execution.
• International exposure is a must-have for this role
• Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments.
• Experience leading and scaling organisations of 100+ staff across diverse functions with proven success scaling high-growth businesses in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making capability with a sharp customer and market focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at senior levels and across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and work in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
• Fluent in English & Laos
