Job Description

Join a vibrant, story‑led hotel in the heart of London’s South Bank. With 154 uniquely designed bedrooms, a stylish bar and 2 vibrant meeting rooms, ibis Styles London Southwark is a property full of character and potential.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience in hotel management, strong commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality.

YOUR ROLE:

• Lead all hotel operations, ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality

• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance

• Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.

• Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
  • Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
