RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand the companys reach and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and strengthen its market position.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials essential for operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in business administration, agriculture, landscaping, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a management role within the industry.
• Proven experience in hydroseeding, erosion control, landscaping, or construction services.
• Strong knowledge of seed types, mulch materials, and their applications in erosion control and landscaping.
