SWOT Hospitality Management Company is thrilled to offer a unique leadership opportunity for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a new luxury hotel project in Paros This role involves spearheading the pre-opening phase and establishing a world-class property that epitomizes luxury, exceptional guest experience, and operational excellence.

As General Manager, you will serve as the visionary and operational leader, responsible for driving strategic growth, building and inspiring a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations aligned with SWOT Hospitality's standards and brand promises. You will collaborate closely with owners, stakeholders, and local communities to position this new development as a premier destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all facets of pre-opening and opening phases, including recruiting, training, and preparing the team and facilities for operations.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial targets, enhance brand positioning, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and brand standards to deliver impeccable service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, owners, suppliers, and the local community.
• Implement effective operational systems, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency and superior guest experiences.
• Champion a culture of guest-centric service and continuous improvement to exceed guest expectations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls to maintain fiscal responsibility and optimize resources.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in senior management roles within the luxury hotel sector, with recent experience managing pre-opening projects.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for team development and building positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with owners, stakeholders, and local organizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Deep understanding of luxury guest services, quality standards, and hospitality trends.
