  Oversee the general operation in Antigua.
• 
  Coordination of repairs & maintenance for the warehouse by utilizing the relevant
  management team members.
• 
  Set Policies & procedures for the company in collaboration with the HR department.
• 
  Meet with all Managers at least once a month.
• 
  Individual meeting with different teams at least once a week.
• 
  Seek out new lines and categories for the company to improve revenue.
• 
  Provide strategic financial decisions using available data from the C.F.O that protect the
  sustainability of the organization.
• 
  Negotiating terms with appropriate financial institutions and industrial relations authorities.
• 
  Negotiating commercial agreements with overseas suppliers.
• 
  Reporting all company matters to directors.
• 
  Implementing strategy.
• 
  Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• 
  Creating and managing budgets including P&L, CAPEX/OPEX allocation whilst
  maintaining/increasing profit margins.
• 
  Participating with Hiring employees in conjunction with the HR Department.
• 
  Evaluating performance and productivity in conjunction with the HR department.
• 
  Generating reports and giving presentations.
• 
  Implementation of a robust E - Commerce strategy.

Requirements

• 
  Min. Master's Degree in Business management or a related subject.
• 
  Proven experience within the distribution sector (Pharmaceuticals or Wines & Spirits Sector).
• 
  Strong leadership with regards managing department heads.
• 
  Exposure to Distribution E-Commerce.
• 
  Familiarity with BMobile distribution software is a distinct advantage.
• 
  Excellent communication skills.
