About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Food & Beverage to lead our F&B operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse F&B outlets, overseeing all aspects of operations including quality, cost control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all F&B operations to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, sanitation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability across all outlets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to licensing requirements.
- Drive marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive high performance.
- Proficient in using F&B management software and Microsoft Office applications.
