To own and lead the Business Systems portfolio strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the enterprise, ensuring effective governance, integration, and lifecycle performance of all non-clinical systems (including SAP, HR, CRM, and related platforms). The role drives alignment to business priorities, enables seamless system integration, and ensures the delivery of secure, scalable solutions that achieve measurable business value, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across Mediclinic.
Business Systems Strategy & Portfolio Optimisation: Define and lead the Business Systems strategy and roadmap to align non-clinical systems with organisational priorities and digital transformation objectives. Drive portfolio optimisation, prioritisation, and value realisation across all platforms.
Enterprise Architecture & Platform Governance: Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards to ensure integrated, scalable, and secure system design. Provide oversight of solution architecture and ensure alignment across all business systems.
Systems Delivery & Lifecycle Governance: Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and delivery governance to ensure effective system implementation, performance, and lifecycle management. Ensure adherence to SDLC and realisation of business value.
Integration, Data & Platform Enablement: Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and delivery governance to ensure effective system implementation, performance, and lifecycle management. Ensure adherence to SDLC and realisation of business value.
People Leadership & Capability Development: Lead and develop high-performing teams, building critical technical and leadership capability. Drive performance, succession, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Risk, Compliance & Security Governance: Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and audit-ready. Oversee risk management, access control, and disaster recovery in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Stakeholder, Vendor & Financial Management: Engage stakeholders to align priorities and manage demand. Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Certification in SAP
