About the Role

Centurion Water is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the next phase of growth, transformation and scalability of our national water business.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the performance, growth, scalability and culture of Centurion Water. The General Manager will lead a multidisciplinary organisation of 120+ employees across Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development, Field Services, Workshop, Project Management, Spares & Services and Finance.

Centurion Water designs, builds and delivers water and wastewater treatment solutions and municipal water treatment plants across Australia. The business combines engineering capability, project delivery, manufacturing and workshop capability, field services and ongoing customer support.

The opportunity is to take an established business with strong technical capability, customer relationships and market presence and build a significantly larger, higher-performing and more scalable water solutions business.

The growth agenda has three horizons:

• Scale within existing markets by increasing customer penetration, market share, project volumes and recurring revenue.
• Scale nationally by expanding into priority geographies, customer segments and markets and building the capability to operate effectively at greater scale.
• Build a platform for Pacific expansion by developing repeatable solutions, partnerships, capability and operating models that can be adapted to selected emerging Pacific markets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the President APAC, the General Manager will have full accountability for the financial performance and growth of Centurion Water, working with key stakeholders to shape and execute the business strategy and future direction of the business.

The Candidate

We are looking for an accomplished P&L business leader with a proven ability to grow, scale and transform a complex, operationally intensive businesses.

Experience in water, wastewater, municipal infrastructure, engineering or industrial sectors is highly regarded, together with experience scaling businesses across developed and emerging international markets and operating effectively within global corporate structures.
