As Canberra’s premier CBD retail and lifestyle destination, Canberra Centre sits at the top of the ACT retail hierarchy—an established, high-performing asset of ~95,000sqm GLA, ~255 tenancies, ~19.4m annual customer visits and ~4,858 car parks, delivering ~$787m MAT sales and consistently strong occupancy. This is a rare opportunity for a proven General Manager to lead a flagship centre at the heart of the nation’s capital—balancing best‑in‑class customer experience, premium retail curation and major stakeholder engagement, while progressing a forward agenda of ongoing capital upgrades, evolving precinct strategy and initiatives such as the newly delivered ticketless parking and customer journey improvements.
