What You’ll Own

  • Le ad all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team, including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members
  • Own restaurant P&L performance, including sales growth, labor management, and cost control
  • Drive results through effective scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members to support a strong talent pipeline
  • Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with Popeyes brand standards, food safety, and labor laws
  • Analyze performance metrics and take action to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead by example—setting the tone for energy, urgency, and hospitality

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational and financial performance
  • Strong understanding of P&L, labor, and inventory controls
  • Passion for developing people and building strong teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may include exposure to heat, kitchen equipment, and moderate noise levels. The position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working on your feet for extended periods.

Né en 1972 dans un petit restaurant de La Nouvelle Orléans, Popeyes a rapidement traversé les frontières grâce à une offre révolutionnaire, inspirée des saveurs traditionnelles de la Louisiane.
