Job Title: General Manager

General Manager — Restaurant Operations

We are hiring a General Manager for our Boston, MA team. This role leads daily operations, builds a high-performing team, and delivers a consistently great guest experience while driving strong financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day restaurant performance: service, quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team; set clear expectations and accountability
• Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and cost controls
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Execute operational standards and partner with leadership to improve performance

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (restaurant management preferred)
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory (or ability to learn quickly)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the floor as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and work around food allergens
