1. Mission Statement

Lead the Bolingbrook REMAN Center with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, customer satisfaction, and people development. Responsible for overall REMAN business performance and execution of the Accelleron Service Strategy.

Own the Plan-to-Deliver process for the remanufacturing center, including workshop operations, planning, material management, warehouse and logistics, quality, production development, technical advisory, facilities, and other supporting functions.

Contribute to and implement the Accelleron Service Strategy and local business strategy to enable profitable growth, operational excellence, and a scalable REMAN operating model.

2. Organizational Scope

  • Accountable for Workshop Operations, REMAN Product Management, Production Development, Quality, Planning, Warehouse & Logistics, Technical Advisory, Facilities, and supporting site functions.
  • Acts as a key member of the North America management structure and represents the Bolingbrook REMAN Center in relevant Service Division and cross-divisional forums.
  • Ensures transparent communication and alignment with North America, Service Division, High Speed Division, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as appropriate.

3. Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Bolingbrook REMAN Center.
  • Drive profitable business growth, market competitiveness, and scalable operating models based on changing customer and market demands.
  • Lead end-to-end remanufacturing operations from receipt through shipment.
  • Maintain best-in-class safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and capacity management.
  • Support strategic customer relationships and operational reviews.
  • Sponsor technology, automation, and process-development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Accelleron standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop organizational capability and succession plans.

4. Financial Responsibility

Owns site P&L performance, productivity initiatives, inventory performance, capital investment planning, and cash-flow improvement initiatives.

5. Leadership Responsibilities

Builds and develops a high-performing organization, succession pipeline, safety culture, and continuous improvement mindset.

6. Key Performance Indicators

  • Safety: Safety performance, incident prevention, safety culture maturity
  • Quality: Quality performance, defects, rework, customer quality feedback
  • Delivery: On-time delivery, turnaround time, schedule adherence
  • Productivity: Labor efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, continuous improvement impact
  • Financial: Revenue, gross margin, P&L performance, cash-flow improvement, capital effectiveness
  • Inventory: Inventory accuracy, inventory turns, material availability, working capital
  • Customer: Customer satisfaction, complaint handling, operational review outcomes
  • People: Employee engagement, capability development, succession coverage, training execution
  • Transformation: Digitalization, automation, process maturity, standardization, best-practice sharing

7. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline (Master's preferred). 10+ years leadership experience in manufacturing, remanufacturing, service operations, or industrial operations.
