Job Description

What The Position is About:

  • Lead all business operations for the branch (including sales, production, finance, HR, and field marketing)
  • Streamline and improve company processes while maintaining growth
  • Oversee 100-300 employees with multiple leaders from each department reporting directly into you
  • Manage the P&L, monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
  • Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with employees, customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven general management experience within the home services industry
  • Must have strong industry sales leadership experience with an understanding of the operational side
  • Experience leading multiple departments at a high volume organization
  • P&L experience
  • An understanding of premium ticket sales and the one-call-close sales process
