• $200K-$225K base + bonus (total $250K-$375K)

What The Position is About:

• Lead and scale the company’s full operations, combining commercial leadership with operational oversight
• Responsible for leading day-to-day business execution with a focus on operational excellence, people leadership, and overall performance
• Own the sales performance and pipeline discipline
• Maintain strong channel/distributor relationships and customer partnerships
• Improve consistency and transparency in operations, warehousing, inventory, and fulfilment
• Embed the use of CRM, forecasting tools, and reporting discipline
• Ensure collaboration and alignment with product, operations, ERP, and marketing
• Shape a culture of ownership, urgency, and customer focus across the USA team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Hands-on operations and systems leadership experience within the building materials, manufacturing, or similar industry
• Experience scaling a business from ~$50M to $100M
• Strong people leadership skills
